Steven J. Schwartz, CFP®

Steve is a Certified Financial Planner® and an Investment Advisor Representative with TFO-TDC, LLC, doing business as (“dba”) Synergy Investment Management, with over 25 years experience in the financial services arena. He is dedicated to your success and understanding your objectives. Steve knows how much his clients rely on him to provide sound financial services and endeavors to exceed their expectations. Steve’s goal is to utilize his expertise and experience, combined with his access to vast resources to enhance your benefits and minimize your costs.

Russell J. Miller has planned and implemented strategic growth and tax reduction strategies for literally hundreds of fast growing, closely-held companies. He believes that success will be a direct result of his ability to evaluate complex situations, formulate creative alternatives and implement successful solutions.  Major project experience includes engagements in the fields of tax and estate planning, business valuations, strategic planning and merger/acquisitions transactions.

In addition, Russell is a licensed Investment Advisor Representative with TFO-TDC, LLC, doing business as (“dba”) Synergy Investment Management and licensed as a General Lines Agent for life, accident, health & HMO insurance sales.

Michael joined Synergy Wealth Partners in September 2008 after spending 5 years in the oil & gas industry. His time in the O&G industry reaffirmed his passion for delivering ‘best in class’ service, every time, all the time. Michael focuses on operational aspects of the business, bridging technology and other services in an effort to assist the team in delivering exceptional products and services to all of our clients.

Having graduated from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Finance degree, Michael is an Investment Advisor Representative with TFO-TDC, LLC, doing business as (“dba”) Synergy Investment Management and licensed as a General Lines Agent for life, accident, health & HMO insurance sales.

Denise has worked in the insurance industry for 30+ years. Starting her career at SunLife, she worked directly for the major insurance companies. Her focus shifted as she followed Mr. Schwartz to pursue particular niche markets with specialized service. Denise strives to provide top notch customer service and manages various aspects of the company’s day to day business.

She is accredited by various organizations, allowing her to continue to expand her education as it relates to the field and use the knowledge to better assist our clients.

Matthew joined Synergy in 2019 after working his way up the ranks with industry leaders in Los Angeles and Austin over six years. The son of a Certified Financial Planner®, Matthew has planning in his blood. After working with and around several highly influential people in the financial services industry, he decided that it was time to join the practice and work side by side with his father. Matthew’s goal is to uphold the excellent service and innovative ideas that Steve has always provided for his clients.

Matthew graduated from The Bill Munday School of Business at St. Edward’s University with a Business Administration Finance degree, where he also played on the Hilltopper’s Baseball Team. Matthew is an Investment Advisor Representative with TDC Investment Advisory and is licensed as a General Lines Agent for life, accident, health and HMO insurance sales.
